WE BRING TITANIUM SCRAP TO LIFE TO ELIMINATE DEFORESTATION AND HABITAT & BIODIVERSITY LOSS
We have the extensive network. We are credible. We know metals. With our expert team we know how to purchase, process, package, represent and ship metals. We thrive to contribute to environmental sustainability by transforming titanium and nickel alloys into reusable products while creating value.
Titanium scrap, a valuable resource in various industries, is primarily culled from used or end-of-life products made of this versatile metal. Known for its high strength-to-weight ratio, corrosion resistance, and high heat resistance, titanium is widely used in aerospace, medical, and military applications. The process of recycling titanium scrap into reusable material is not only economically beneficial but also imperative from an environmental perspective.
Nickel scrap is a valuable recyclable material that plays a substantial role in the metallurgical industry. Derived from used nickel products and industrial waste, nickel scrap is a cost-effective and environmentally friendly source of raw nickel. It is extensively used in producing stainless steel, alloys, and various types of batteries, driving sustainability and cost-efficiency in these industries.
Cobalt scrap is the leftover, used, or waste material containing cobalt, a valuable and versatile metallic element. Known for its high melting point and remarkable resistance to wear and corrosion, cobalt is widely used in various industries, including aerospace, electronics, and renewable energy. The reuse and recycling of cobalt scrap contributes to the efficient use of natural resources but also aids in mitigating the environmental impacts of cobalt mining and refining.
At AllTi Alloys, we stand resolute in our commitment to lead the way in sustainability and innovation within the alloy industry. Our stance is defined by a dedication to advancing not only our business but the very foundations of our industry. We firmly believe that sustainability and cutting-edge technology should be at the heart of every endeavor.
We offer unprocessed bulk weldable Ti6Al4V scrap that is 100% checked, sorted, analyzed by our experienced team members.
We process feedstock Ti6Al4V for titanium melters. Each sorted piece is analyzed, cut, blasted to size specified by worlds leading melters.
We make sure to check all of our turnings before offering as vacuum quality. We represent the cut, mix and sell all turnings verifying the actual source.
There is no such thing as ferro titanium scrap. FeTi is simply titanium that is exposed to contamination, heat, cracks or anything that will not allow it to go back into the same application as what it used to be. Solid pieces exposed to high temps or turnings that are contaminated with other turnings such as stainless, aluminum or a different type titanium that simply makes it a mix. As long as 88% Ti content with no hazardous chemical involved, most mixed titanium sold as Fe-Ti are checked before shipping.
Grades 1-2-3-4 are considered to be CP (commercially pure) Titanium. We trade, process, analyze, sort all CP titanium along with Grade 7, Grade 11 and most other grades. We heavily focus on MMO sheets. Mixed metal oxide (MMO) titanium sheets are usually anodes used in electrolysis. MMO titanium sheets are used in a variety of electrochemical processes such as cathodic protection or electrowinning process.
Mostly used in aerospace but also used in other industries, any alloy that consist of at least 50% nickel, cobalt or molybdenum alloys are within our scope to trade. Most times we are the experts to analyze metals to capture the intrinsic value fully and capture true value of alloys that have precious metals in them as well.
